Amanda Holden (born February 16, 1971) is an actress and TV presenter, and a judge on Britain's Got Talent. She has appeared on CBBC's The Worst Witch playing Miss Pippa Pentangle. Since June 3rd 2019 Amanda Holden began hosting Heart Breakfast on Heart Radio alongside Jamie Theakston following Emma Bunton's departure for the Spice Girls 2019 world tour, in the same year she appeared in Plebs playing the role of Rufina. In May 2020 she released her debut single a cover of Over The Rainbow by Judy Garland in response to the Coronavirus Pandemic. She has been present in all 14 series, and the shows spin-off Britain's Got Talent: The Champions (Series 1).

Preferred Acts Edit

As Amanda does not specialise in any particular talent, she has the most diverse taste of all the current Judges, and her view is often the most balanced, whilst also remaining professional. However, she often prefers acts that she believes truly represent Britain and make her 'proud to be British', a fact brought up by Simon Brodkin as he auditioned as Steven Goldblatt.
