Jem Stride is a manualist who auditioned for Series 3 of Britain's Got Talent. He was aged 25 and worked as an insurance clerk at the time of his audition.
In his audition, he made farting noises with his hands, as 'Mercy' by Amy Winehouse played in the background of the edit as the judges did not enjoy his performance as just simply wanted his performance to end. His performance was buzzed off. Piers remarked 'I've got a hand talent for you Jem, it goes like this', as he waved goodbye to Jem. He was sent home during the audition stage of the competition.
