Jerry Pop (Real name Jeremiah) is a dancer who reached the Semi-Finals of Series 18 of Britain's Got Talent. He was aged 12 and was a schoolboy at the time of his audition. He hailed from Manchester. When asked what he would do with the prize money if he were to win, he responded 'For me I would buy myself a car simulator because I really love to drive' and when asked his big dream, he responded that he aspired to tour the world and dance on an international scale.
In his audition, he performed a body popping style dance routine to 'Boom Shack-A-Lak' by Apache Indian, 'Yeah!' by Usher & 'Jump Around' by House of Pain, culminating his performance by seemingly falling onto the stage head first. KSI remarked 'Where did that come from? I absolutely loved it, you commanded the stage [and] you looked like you were having a great time', with Amanda adding 'Your just cool and a natural performer'.
In the Semi-Finals, he performed a school graduation themed body-popping routine accompanied by several backing dancers as his own dancing ability was severely hampered by a broken ankle to ‘Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now)’ by Bob Sinclair and Cutee B., ‘U Can’t Touch This’ by MC Hammer, ‘Boom Boom Boom’ by The Outhere Brothers. Alesha remarked ‘When we first met you, we fell in love with your character and your personality and it was shining again tonight’, with Simon adding ‘I thought the whole thing was like a show’.
