Kay Oresanya is a variety act who reached the Semi-Finals of Series 3 of Britain's Got Talent, playing the saxophone with his voice. He originated from Nigeria, however moved to Glasgow. When asked if he believed that this were something The Queen would like to see at The Royal Variety Performance, before he responded that his performance were 'what [BGT were] all about' as it were unique.
In his audition, he performed to 'I'll Be There' by The Jackson 5, by playing the saxophone with his natural voice. His performance was buzzed by Simon. Piers described his performance as 'absolutely brilliant'. However, Simon criticised the performance stating that Oresanya had stated he was going to 'play the saxophone', however Simon saw it as a 'baby crying over a Michael Jackson song'.
In the Semi-Finals, he performed 'Heal The World' originally by Michael Jackson, by playing the saxophone with his natural voice as a spotlight shone down upon him from the top of the stage. His performance was once again buzzed by Simon, however this time he did so instantly once the performance began.
