Michael Fayombo Jnr and Michael Fayombo Snr were Michael Jackson Dance Performers, and dance impressionists who made the semi finals in Series 4 of Britain's Got Talent. They were a father and son duo aged fourteen and thirty eight. Michael Fayombo Jnr was a school student, whereas Michael Fayombo Snr was a Care support worker. They auditioned for the show as they wanted the opportunity to perform for the Royal Family. The duo were from Hounslow in West London.
In their audition they performed to a medley of Michael Jackson songs with but Michael Fayombo Jnr upon the stage. Midway through the performance however though Michael Jnr sat down upon the stage and his father Michael Fayombo Snr came and danced on stage, before the pair concluded their performance by dancing in synchrony with one another. Simon described the act as “Something that shouldn’t have worked, but it did work!” Amanda stated that she didn’t believe the duo would be that good, however they “were.” Piers concluded that the duo were “The best Michael Jackson impersonators [he’d] seen!” They proceeded to advance onwards to the following round with three yesses. They later made it through the second round to the semi finals.
In the semi finals Michael Fayombo Jnr entered the stage through a sliding doorway, before walking upon the stage to Thriller and Billie Jean. He then began to dance to Thriller once again before Michael Fayombo Snr then entered the stage from a staircase to his sons right to Bad. The duo then danced to a fourth and final Michael Jackson song side by side upon the stage, alongside several backing dancers. They were sent home via the public vote however though.
