Professor Stange was an entertainer who auditioned for Series 12 of Britain's Got Talent. Before his audition, he remarked 'every good act has been on this stage and now it's my turn as well'. When asked where he lived, he replied 'in the 1870s', whilst also revealing that he was the magician that Amanda booked for her daughter's birthday party.
He began his audition by pulling out a brown paper bag and turned it upside down. A brush began to fall out, however did not fall any further, causing him to pull out the toilet paper attached to it which was supposed to unfold. He then brought a crate full of umbrellas onto the stage, before placing a cardboard box on his head and pushing the umbrellas through the box. Simon, Alesha and David pressed their buzzers, with Simon pressing Amanda's for her. Simon remarked 'when it's four 'X's, I don't think there's much else to say - but I think Eric will love this!'. David then asked Simon to invite the magician to his son's birthday party, however Simon retorted 'it's none of your business because you're not invited'. He did not progress through to the next round.
