The group began their Semi-Final performance, with everyone sat down in wheelchairs, before then getting up and standing, before then dancing whilst sat in wheelchairs to 'Focus' by Ariana Grande, before every group member then got up midway through the song, bar Holly as one member had been helped out of a wheelchair by other members of the group. The group then all sat down and began to dance in wheelchairs to 'Can't Hold Us' by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis featuring Ray Dalton, before midway through the song standing up and dancing with Holly briefly dancing in front of her wheelchair, before she then sat back down and continued to dance. She then briefly stood up and danced once again, before sitting back down and dancing, whilst other group members performed flips across the stage and ran across the stage. The groups performance concluded with Holly standing up and raising her right hand in the air in the shape of a fist, whilst facing forwards, whereas the rest of the group did so whilst facing backwards. Amanda commented that the judges were 'blown away by [the groups] unity, and the support for Holly', with Simon adding that the groups audition had 'made a big impact on everyone', before adding his belief that Holly 'understood why'. They were eliminated in fifth place by Public Vote at the end of their performance.

Rise

Rise Unbroken (Originally Rise) are a dance troupe who reached the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent in Series 12. Before their audition, they had been performing for between 5 and 6 years, however one member of the group, Holly, had been affected by the Manchester attack, in which her aunt had died and she was seriously injured. Due to her desire for dancing, the troupe decided to 'bring her back into dancing at the level she could do it'.

Their audition began with Holly in a wheelchair with the other members dancing around other wheelchairs, 'One Last Time' by Ariana Grande performing in the background. The music then switched to 'Salute' by Little Mix, during which Holly performed whilst stood up. Alesha described the performance as 'probably one of my favourite moments ever on this show', with David adding 'this whole performance is a testament to your talent and to your incredible friendship'.
