Series 18 of Britain's Got Talent is set to be aired in 2025 from Saturday 22nd February. Hosts Ant & Dec returned as presenters, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon returned to the Judging panel throughout the auditions, though both Simon Cowell and Bruno Tonioli only appeared on a sporadic basis during the audition tapings with KSI covering Bruno in some tapings and Bruno covering Simon in other tapings which occurred during late 2024, though both Simon and Bruno would return on a more permanent basis during the 2025 audition tapings.
This series retained a change in the Golden Buzzer format which was introduced in the previous series, where each judge was given the power to push the buzzer twice in the auditions if they so wished to do so, though despite this, Ant & Dec were still kept at 1 Golden Buzzer which they shared.
Tapings were held from the 15th of October 2024 to the 16th of October 2024 and 7th of January to 12th of January at Winter Gardens, Blackpool. Auditions began airing on Saturday February 22nd 2025, before the following episodes aired weekly each Saturday.
This series saw the return of the sister show "Britain's Got Talent: Unseen Bits” which was hosted by Ant & Dec and featured the auditions of extra acts whose performances couldn’t be fit into the runtime of the main show for the first time since Series 14.
